Therapy is an investment of time, care, and resources. I want fees, insurance, and policies to feel clear from the beginning, so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Free Consultation
I offer a free consultation so we can briefly connect, talk through what you are looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Session Fee
Fee: $175-$200 per session
Individual telehealth therapy sessions are 50 minutes.

Payment
All major credit cards accepted for payment. A card is kept securely on file and charged at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Because your appointment time is reserved for you, missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, and these situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
I am not currently paneled with insurance companies.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide a monthly superbill (receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Because every insurance plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance company directly before beginning therapy if you hope to use out-of-network benefits.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may be able to dispute the bill.
You can learn more at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
